Data Deletion Instructions

Effective August 31, 2026

You may request deletion of eligible personal information associated with your interactions with the Chef Olintho website or our professional Instagram business integration.

How to request deletion

Email talktome@chefolintho.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Please provide enough information for us to reasonably identify the relevant interaction or account, such as your name, Instagram username if applicable, the email address used to contact us, and a brief description of the information or interaction involved.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, verification codes, or other authentication secrets.

Verification and processing

We may take reasonable steps to verify that a deletion request relates to you or to an interaction you are authorized to address. After reasonable verification, we will delete eligible retained information associated with the request.

Information we may need to retain

Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legitimate legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or contractual purposes, or when retention is otherwise required by law. Where appropriate, we will limit retained information to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Instagram business integration

For the internal Instagram opportunity-monitoring tool, deletion requests may apply to eligible retained operational records such as limited message previews, Instagram-scoped identifiers, conversation or message identifiers, timestamps, and classification records associated with the requester.
