Meet the Chef

Chef Rafael Olintho

Born in Santos - São Paulo, Brazil, I am an authentic Brazilian chef focused on catering. I ventured into my solo career in 2010; catering for engagements, weddings, birthdays and company happenings. Collaborating with clients and creating customized menus for each event is the highlight of my work. I built an impressive body of clientele through referrals including professional athletes, recognized artists and other high-end clients. Working for star soccer player Neymar da Silva Santos Jr.’s charitable foundation, we provided food for Barcelona’s soccer team and underprivileged children alike.
